Preservation and Resurfacing
Custom Solutions to Extend Pavement Life
Preserve & Protect
Our preservation and resurfacing techniques are designed to restore surface quality, address moderate wear, and extend the life of aging pavement without the cost of full reconstruction. Each solution is carefully selected based on the condition of the surface, traffic volume, and environmental factors—maximizing performance and long-term value.

Our Services Include

Slurry Seal
A cost-effective resurfacing method that applies a mixture of asphalt emulsion, fine aggregates, and additives to the pavement surface. Slurry seal improves skid resistance, seals minor cracks, and enhances the overall appearance of the road.

Micro Surfacing
Similar to slurry seal but with added performance benefits, micro surfacing is ideal for high-traffic areas. It sets quickly, fills ruts, and restores surface texture—delivering a durable, weather-resistant layer with minimal disruption.

Chip Seal
Chip seal combines liquid asphalt with a layer of aggregate to create a textured, protective surface. This process seals the pavement, improves traction, and offers excellent value as a preservation treatment for roads showing signs of wear.

Fog Seal
A light application of diluted asphalt emulsion used to rejuvenate the surface and seal minor cracks. Fog sealing restores flexibility, enhances appearance, and slows down oxidation in aging asphalt.
